Fakie makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that the content of this web site is accurate at the time it was included and up to date. However, visitors should be aware that some information may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date and you should not seek to rely on any information contained within this site without independently verifying it's accuracy. Fakie reserves the right to make changes at any time, without notice.

Customer Service Hours
Online and telephone customer service hours are between 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday. We will respond to information requests as quickly as possible but there is always the chance we are all out surfing so please be patient!
Order Processing and Delivery
Fakie Pty Ltd orders are fulfilled via Australia post within 10 days of the date the order was processed (payment taken). It may take up to 2 working days for an order to be processed from the time of placement.
Fakie Pty Ltd always attempts to deliver to customers within the stated delivery time frame but cannot take responsibility for circumstances beyond their control that hinder or delay the order.
Faster services are available on request.
All care is taken to ensure that pricing is current and accurate at time of upload, however we take no responsibility for typographical errors. Any incorrect pricing will be immediately corrected upon notification to Fakie.
Payment Methods
Fakie Pty Ltd accepts payment, via Paypal, from all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We can also accept BPAY and direct bank transfers. Please contact Fakie at info@fakie.com.au if you need assistance.
Fakie.com.au conditions
Please retain your original receipt, as you will need this as proof of purchase to obtain a refund, credit or repair.
Where goods are faulty or wrongly described online, you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit note. If your item is faulty, please contact info@fakie.com.au to organize for a return envelope to be sent to you in which the goods can be returned for repair or exchange.
Refunds
Please choose carefully as we do not generally give refunds simply because you changed your mind.
There are no refunds or exchanges on "Exclusive Online Deals".
In the instance where a refund is granted by Fakie, refunds will only be processed once the product has been received in good condition and approved by Fakie.
Please note: Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show up on your bank or credit card statement. This is a condition of the financial institutions involved.
Exchange
Customers are entitled to a 10-day exchange period. In this instance, freight charges will be the customer's responsibility.
Please note: When exchanging goods you must return all components, with the original receipt, in as new condition and including all original packaging, accessories, instructions and power supplies. We are only able to exchange or refund if the product is unused and in a saleable condition.
Credit Notes
Where credit notes are issued, they will remain valid for a period of 6 months. Credit notes will be sent to the customer on request. To use a credit note, please contact Fakie at info@fakie.com.au and we will fulfill your order.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of submitting your order to Fakie Pty Ltd.
If the order has already been dispatched, the customer must return the product, at his or her own expense, and the refund will be made upon Fakie receiving the return product, in its original packaging, in good condition and with the original receipt.
